The Shoes
Finding the right shoes for yourself is one of the most important things when it comes to running as choosing the wrong ones could result in injury. Make sure you go to a specialist running shop and get your gait analysed as this helps determine if you need any support in your shoes, or if you’re a neutral runner; knowing this is one of the most important things.
